I grew up in Pinellas Park, raised my children here, began a successful business, and remain dedicated and involved with the success of our community and its people. Running for City Council isn't just part of a political career for me, nor is it about dividing our community with arguing just to seek attention. For me public office is about serving a community I deeply care about and sincerely wanting to see it get even better.
I believe in giving back. Besides my family, my involvement in the community has been the greatest part of living a fulfilling life. I am proud of my involvement and support of People Helping People, Going the Distance Youth Ministries, the Pinellas Park Thunderbirds, and Pinellas Park Little League Baseball. Many years ago, I learned that serving only yourself is no meaningful path. I have learned from many successes- and some mistakes too- that have made me the person you know and trust - Jerry Mullins.
I ask for your vote March 11. Before I get your vote, I need your trust and fairness to judge that I am the best person for the job. I hope you'll read about my background and issues here. I also hope you will contact me, because I am here to listen to your concerns and questions. I have put all my cards on the table, and I welcome the conversation with you about your ideas for a better Pinellas Park.
I've learned the hard way - and by way of success- that we don't get anything we don't work for. I have also seen first hand that if we work everyday towards a goal, then little bit by little bit, we accomplish the best things for our community together.
Please join me as we work ahead to a brighter future for Pinellas Park. I look forward to hearing from you on the campaign trail!
